Studied Law (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and Political Sciences with specialization: Sciences of Administration and Organization (Faculty of Political Sciences of Bologna). Granted a Master title in Law & Economics from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam (Faculty of Law) and the University of Bologna (Faculty of Economics). Working officially as law enforcement officer at judicial department of public authority. Past experience (20 years) as a lawyer (registration to the Bar of Lawyers in Corfu-Greece 2003-2020) with specialization in Tax Law, Customs’ Law and Public/Administration (Procedural) Law. Continuous training in law enforcement. Recent research regarding illegal trafficking of antiquities and the dynamic role of Customs. Written research papers in Public Law. Writing legal opinions, articles and critical studies. Participating on conferences, seminars, start-ups workshops etc. Participating (2007) with scholarship from the Sorbonne University into the European Program ESNIE and being supervised by Nobel laureates academics North Douglas, and Dixit K. Avinish.
Research interests: illegal trafficking of cultural goods- (neo)institutional economics- institutional history- policies, distortions and dynamics of public organizations- comparative public law- economic crime
